My Top 5 Fave Beachbody Programs

When it comes to getting fit, Beachbody is our go-to for finding a workout that will really work up a sweat! The company has come a long way from its humble beginnings in 1998. Today, there are so many programs to choose from it might be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to start. Our resident Beachbody Coach Ashley Garren is here to help simplify the decision-making process. Check out her five favorite programs below!


LIIFT4 offers 32 workouts. This means in the 8-week program you will never do the same workout twice! For 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day, you will crush workouts alongside Super Trainer, Joel Freeman. He combines heavy lifting and intense cardio to transform your body in 4 days a week. As Beachbody says, "Just LIIFT, HIT, REST, REPEAT!"

2. 10 Rounds

Super Trainer Joel Freeman does it again! 10 Rounds is a total game-changer. Step into the ring for 30-40 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. The program is themed to make you feel as if you're getting a full-body workout in a new city each week. For 3 days a week, you will learn to put the power behind every punch, and 2 days a week you will be resistance-training. You'll never leave a workout without feeling like you have a little bit of Rocky in you.

3. 80 Day Obsession

Do you want flat, sculpted abs? A tone, lifted booty? A total body transformation? Then dive in with Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese with 80 Day Obsession. For 80 Days, 30-60 minutes a day, you will work through 3 phases so you don't plateau. All you need is dumbbells, resistance loops, and strength sliders to get a total body transformation. This program also includes a timed nutrition plan to help you take your nutrition to a new level!

4. Barre Blend

Super Trainer Elise Joan brings all the fun to Beachbody On Demand! With her daily affirmations, you're bound to start your day off feeling inspired! Barre Blend is a fun blend of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio training to strengthen and sculpt your entire body. In 8 weeks (5 days a week for 30-40 minutes a day) you'll be leaner, lifted, toned, and more energized! Hold on to the barre or to a sturdy chair to empower yourself! You never thought 1 to 3-pound weights felt heavy, until now!

5. 21 Day Fix

A Beachbody original and an all-time favorite, 21 Day Fix! Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese challenges you with 28 workouts, 30 minutes a day, to torch calories, tone your muscles, and lose up to 15 pounds in 21 days. Pair these workouts with Ultimate Portion Fix, created by Autumn. This nutrition plan allows you to eat all of your favorite foods but takes all of the guessings out of eating the correct portion sizes. Take the 21 Day challenge and sculpt the body you want!

Beachbody On Demand states that its programs include digital Starter Guides, program-specific Nutrition Eating Plans/Food Lists, Workout Calendars, and Tracker Sheets.
